2024 WEEK 4 Runners of the Week

There were only three major meets this week but there were a lot of "racing" and as such there were many quality performances.

 HAYES TERRY (Beyer)--Hayes won the WAC 1 Cluster at River Bluff in Ceres in a 5K time of 16:41.43 which appears to be a course record. He led Beyer to the Team win also. Over the weekend at the Kim Duyst Inv, Hayes was the first StanCo finisher, placing 8th in 15:50.4

 

ELLISON WILLIAMS (Turlock)--El placed 11th at the Kim Duyst Inv in a time of 19:15.2. She led the Lady Bulldogs to the 2nd place team finish.

EMMA-LYNN HOGAN (Central Catholic)--Emma placed 16th at this past Saturday's Kim Duyst meet. She ran 19:37 for the 5K distance. I am impressed at how much she has improved!

OTHERS THAT I CONSIDERED

JYMENA NGUYEN-MARQUEZ (Grace Davis)--won the WAC 1 Cluster in a 5K time of 21:44.09

ALEX MEJIA_HIDALGO (Beyer)--placed 3rd at WAC 1 in 16:50.36 and 19th at Kim Duyst in 16:09.3

HAVYN BARTELL (Beyer)--placed 4th at the WAC 1 Cluster in a time of 16:54.49 (a HUGE improvement)

ADDISON WYLIE (Oakdale)--as a Frosh she finished as Oakdale's top runner at Kim Duyst  placing 17th overall in 19:39.8

MYLIE OLSON (Turlock)--coming off injury she placed 14th at Kim Duyst in 19:24.
