SAT 9/14/24 KIM DUYST @ River Oaks, Ceres
The competing StanCo teams were Beyer, Big Valley, Central Catholic, Central Valley, Ceres, Downey, Grace Davis, Gregori, Hughson, Johansen, Enochs, Oakdale, Orestimba, Patterson, Riverbank, Turlock, and Vanguard. Many teams did not run their top kids, especially those teams going to Woodbridge next weekend. A few comments about this course...I was told that the course might be as much as 100-110m short of 5K (that is based on runners data off of their watches). That could translate into 18-28 seconds depending on the runner's pace...BUT I was also assured by Stan State's coach that the course was wheeled to exactly 5K. Personally I would trust the wheel to the runners watches.
