The State meet can be that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, if an athlete performs successfully. Obviously not all athlete produce a max performance, and the State meet and perhaps their athletic career might end in disappointment.Each athlete has their own story and their own measure of success. As always I am only covering the races of the South SJS runners in the distance events.

ReplyDeletethe times are getting faster and faster to the point that they seem "unreasonably" fast. You as a coach and me as an avid observer, we are going to have to adjust our expectations if we want local athletes to be able to compete.
