For 51 StanCo runners this meet marked the end of a very successful season. Some finished on high notes. A few ended in disappointment. I will review the races in the order they were run. Then we will look at combined results for both the girls and boys.
D1 GIRLS
Competing for StanCo were the Turlock team and Pitman's Avery Carlson. Overall the Lady Bulldogs ran faster on the course than they did a month ago at Rough Rider but that was all off of Williams and Day. The other three scorers would run from 10 to 30 seconds slower on this day.

Competing for StanCo were Natalie Arriaza of Patterson and Downey's Zoe Leach. Arriaza was still feeling the effects of illness that hampered her at SJS. She still managed the second fastest StanCo time of the day, but it was over 30 seconds off of her StanCo course record.

Competing for StanCo were the Turlock boys. Turlock may have beaten last year's Turlock time and produced the 5th fastest team time; but as a team, they ran over a minute faster 4 weeks ago at Rough Rider. Only one of their top 5 boys ran a course PR.

Addison is just a frosh but with this effort she lept over some seriously fast former Mustangs by the name of Fmura, Legan, and Prado and falls in as the second fastest Oakdale Lady ever, eight seconds behind multi-school-record holder Haleigh Humble.

Competing for StanCo were the Oakdale and Beyer boys. Oakdale got some measure of revenge by beating Ponderosa who beat them last week by 2 points to win the SJS title. Their combined time is only bested by the past two Oakdale teams that placed 1st and 2nd at State.
