2024 XC WEEK 6 (MML 1; TVL 2; Golden Eagle, Thunder)

Compared to last week this one had a lot less action but still some solid racing.

WED 9/25 MLL 1 @ Lindon HS, Lindon
Competing StanCo Schools were Big Valley and Riverbank. Supposedly this "course" was 5K but the runners measured it on their watches at under 3 miles...so there is that. It was a road race on city/country roads and ended on the track at Linden HS. It was officially scored as head to head dual meets (why?) but I have included the invitational scores for some comparison (but those didn't matter)

WED 9/25 TVL 2 @ Mavis Stouffer Park, Ripon
Competing StanCo teams were Hughson and Orestimba. These races were 5K. The Hilmar girls take take the win on the strength of three frosh runners (and 2 sets of sisters). Unfortunately for the rest of the TVL I don't see anyone catching this group of Yellow jacket ladies. On the boys' side Hughson's depth pulls out another win for the Huskies.
