Lighthall and Garcia both medal and qualify for State in the 800 |
Section Masters is the culmination of many long hours of training for many StanCo runners. Some of them stepped up and did their best to compete and some of them "phoned it in." Illness and injuries likely played a role in some of the less than stellar performances.
