2019 XC Week 8 (CCAA/MVL Champ; SAL Champ)

A relatively light week and most of the leagues are focusing on next week's conference championship meets. There were two leagues that ran their championships this week. Thursday the CCAA/MVL combined meet was held at Eagal Lake. The course was slightly different than what everyone else runs out their so hold off of comparing times. SAL ran in the morning on Friday over the extended 5K course at Legion.

The top girls in both leagues by a lot is Johanna Perez (Turlock Christian) who was leading the race (also by a lot) when she fainted and did not finish. I am sure that she will redeem herself at Sub Sect.
