WEEK 4 Runners of the Week/Next Week's Schedule

Only WAC dual meets and Pacific Tiger happening this past week. About half of the StanCo teams took the week off to prepare for the mid-season cluster meets coming up.

A bit of clarification of ROW selections. I am looking for what I consider are the top performances of that week. It may be the fastest runners or just someone who had a big PR. If someone surprises me, that generally gets my attention and thus a shout out. Additionally I won't recognize a runner twice in the same season. So if someone already got ROW, they are out of the running (did you catch the pun there?) for the rest of the season. It is NOT my intention to focus more (or less) on any one team. However those teams that run very few races, well those kids have fewer chances. Hopefully the greater rest/work periods produce better results and thus still leads to great performances.

BRISEIDA GARCIA-MEZA (Gregori)--placed 3rd in the large school division at Pacific Tiger. After running only a handful of races in the past year she is getting back to her top form

JACK DUCHALA (Gregori)--placed 17th in the large school division at Pacific Tiger (the fastest StanCo finisher

CARTER MANNON (Gregori)--placed 60th in the large school division at Pacific Tiger

CAMILA STEPHENS (Pitman)--placed 17th in the large school division at Pacific Tiger
ASHLEY SAMS (Central Catholic)--placed 41st in the small school division at Pacific Tiger
HALEIGH HUMBLE (Oakdale)--placed 2nd in the small school division at Pacific Tiger
KAYDEN LEGAN (Oakdale)--placed 14th in the small school division at Pacific Tiger
SYDNEY GREAVES (Big Valley Christian)--as a frosh she placed first at MVL 1
PETER PACHECO (Big Valley Christian)--placed 2nd at MVL 1
