WEEK 4 (VOL, CCC, MMC, Mt Carmel, Iolani Inv)

A busy week for me to be sure. With Sierra Inv last Saturday, VOL on the same course on Tuesday, MMC on Wednesday...that was 3 meets in 5 days for me. I took something like 3000 photos and cropped and posted about 800 of them. It wasn't so much the time at the meets but the time sitting at the computer massaging the photos--a labor of love to be sure.

VOL
The VOL schools met on the 5K circuit at Legion. Most of these runners competed at the Sierra Inv so it was their 2nd time covering this course in 4 days. The two competing StanCo schools are Oakdale and Central Catholic.
