2026 XC South SJS Distance Week8 Runners of the Week

 There wasn't a lot of activity. Riverbank boys and girls won their third consecutive MLL Cluster and that was a big consideration in this week's selections.

 

ARMANDO GARCIA (Riverbank)--won the MLL 3 Cluster (along with Clusters 1 and 2) and placed 11th in the Small School VB race at Rough Rider. His winning time in the MLL 3 Cluster of 16:19.1 is the new Jacob Meyers Park course record.

 

ZURI GOLDING (Riverbank)--won her third straight MLL Cluster. Her time of 20:32.4 ranks as #5 on the Jacob Meyers park circuit. She also placed 2nd in the FS SS race at Rough Rider with a time of 13:31 for 3500 m.

 

BRANDT MOES (New Geneva)--he placed 3rd at the MLL 3 Cluster in 17:02.8 which is #9 all time. He also won the VB Black division at Hughson Super Cross in 13:46 .5 for the 4K course. He was the fastest South SJS finisher at HSC.

 

JADE CAMORA (Orestimba)--placed 31st at Rough Rider in the SS VG division but came back the next day to place 8th at Hughson Supercross in the VG division.

 

AARON GABRIE (Riverbank)--placed 4th at MLL 3 in 17:03.2 (#10 all time) helping the Bruins to the team win. Also he won the SSFS divison at Rough Rider in 11:10 for the 3500m
