 This was a relatively light week (next week is also), call it the mid-season lull if you wish. The league championship meets are about three weeks away so lull or not the remainder of the season is going to go fast.

The competing StanCo teams were both Ceres and Johansen. Because Johansen chooses notto use their electronic timing system, there are no posted results for this meet. I was at the meet and know that no one reached my standard for reportable times in the 1600 or the 800. However there were some close races and some quality competition.
