2023 Track Week 7 (Duals; CCAL 2; Carl Chandler: Bob Pryor; Bill Kearney; Arcadia)

Better weather meant no rain-outs, so there were lots of dual meets. The big meet of the week was CCAL 2. There may not be many ooh-aah distance runners in the CCAL but there is huge depth and the pack is improving. The next week is a lull, and then things pick up after that is a big way with Meet of Champions and then the Championship Phase of the season.
