Exactly 3 years ago the County meet was canceled due to COVID. This year the same meet was postponed due to foretasted rainy and wet conditions...It is certainly feeling like the weather is going to be a huge issue this season. Yes we need the water, but even with an all weather track, the rain can make a track meet a miserable experience. Hopefully there are a few breaks in the future weather, so that the athletes who have been practicing so hard will be able to achieve the qualifying marks necessary to qualify for the big name meets...
