2019 WEEK 4 Runners of the Week

There were only 10 StanCo teams in action this week. This coming week almost everyone is in action. Even with that said, there were some quality efforts produced over the last 7 days.

Espinoza

EVAN ESPINOZA (Waterford)--placed 2nd at SAL 2 in a time of 18:04 which was a 1:29 improvement from SAL 1 and a PR on the 5K Legion course.

Norman

 HANNAH BETH NORMAN (Oakdale)--placed 8th in the Small School division at Clovis West Inv in a time of 20:56. Hannah is somewhat overlooked while running 3rd behind teammates Humble and Legan. She is improving with every race. It is her improvement this season added to the the other 2 athletes that makes Oakdale a contender in the VOL and in D3

ELIZETTE YSAIS (Hughson)--placed 2nd at TVL 2 in a time of 20:53 which was a 40 sec improvement from TVL 1
LIVI FERNANDEZ (Riverbank)--placed 10th at TVL 2 in a time of 22:47 which was about a 3 min improvement from TVL 1.
RAMON ROSAS (Riverbank)--placed 2nd at TVL 2 in a time of 17:00 about 1:20 improvement from TVL 1
ADAN SALGADO (Riverbank)--placed 3rd at TVL 2 in 17:22 in about a 40 sec improvement
NICO PULIDO (Riverbank)--placed 6th at TVL 2 in a time of 17:54 which was about a 42 sec improvement.
CHRISTIAN BALDERAS (Pitman)--in his first race of the season he placed 18th at Clovis West Inv in a time of 16:54
EFREN SANCHEZ (Pitman)--at Clovis west Inv he placed 30th in a time of 17:13
SIMON APPEL (Oakdale)--at Covis West Inv he placed 3rd in the Small school Div in a time of 17:19
HALEIGH HUMBLE (Oakdale)--placed 3rd in the Small school Div at Clovis West in a time of 20:08
BRODY VECCHIONE Turlock)--placed 28th at Cap Cross in a time of 16:53 which was about a 40 sec improvement
FATIMA CHAVEZ (Turlock)--placed 34 at Cap Cross in a time of 20:16 which was about a 1:20 improvement
